Location Research

We did some research into different kitchens we could use to film the movie. There were some difficulties in finding one that was suitable for our needs. For example, we needed a space that was big enough for the camera equipment, the actor, the group and all of this needs to be out of shot.
This kitchen would not be suitable to film. It would not be big enough and the lighting is very poor. The film would look unprofessional and the quality would be very poor. This wpuld result in us getting a poor mark overall.
This kitchen is bigger than the previous but is sti
ll not suitable to capture our movie. As you can see there is an island in the middle of the kitchen, this would obstruct our filming process.

We found that this kitchen would be most suitable to make our film. There is a lot of space for the scene to take place and space for equipment. This means that we would not have to shuffle around trying to move.
We chose to use my kitchen at my house. The was because non
e of the other group members' houses were suitable. Phoebe's house was too far away from our school and Sarah's kitchen (example 1) was too small.
This is a screen shot from our film. We chose this street because it is a quiet street and we would not be interrupted by traffic going up and down the street all the time. It was convenient for us to use this street also because it is the street that my house is on.
